FAQs

Why not use a Canva template?

You can. Templates are a reasonable option for people who want to design their own materials. This service is for people who want custom work that includes narrative structure, original design, and copy polish.

I have had bad experiences with designers before.

Most designers focus on aesthetics without considering the document's purpose. We start with the structure, your unique goals, the intended reader, and crucial information. Design follows from that.

What if I do not like the first draft?

One round of revisions is included with every project. We work from a detailed intake, so the first draft is typically close to final.

Is an EPK and Pitch Deck worth the investment?

That depends on the value of the opportunities you are pursuing with these materials. That's something you'll have to answer for yourself.

I do not have all my materials ready.

You do not need everything polished before you apply. After acceptance, we provide a list of what to gather. You need existing work, photos, and some form of proof or credentials.

Why is there a fee for the discovery call?

The discovery call is a working session to clarify and confirm deliverables and provide a custom quote. The fee compensates for that time and filters for serious inquiries. It is non-refundable.

How long does the process take?

5–10 business days from the time you submit your materials and complete the intake questionnaire. The timeline depends on how quickly you provide assets and feedback. Pitch decks may take longer depending on your goal.

Do I receive editable files?

Editable source files are available as an add-on. Standard delivery includes final PDFs in two formats: one for screens, one for print.
